sakit:.

hye hye

happy tuesday ppl..
arini saya sakit..
bukan demam..



tapi sakit lengan. both arms ok.
muscle cramp. is that the right word? (ske ati je bg nama)
or urat bengkak?
ahh.. whatever.

yang penting dah 2 ari saya menderita
sakit wo.
ni seme gara2 sbtu lepas masa g joging
pastu gatal2 nak pegi wat exercise lengan ( ada tiang khas utk buat sit up, lengan, dll)
and saya pun dgn semngatnye buat
ade la dlm 10x or lebih kot.
konon2 nk build muscle kt lengan spy leh burn fat kt ctu

hasilnya..
my arms hurts like ****.
sob sob sob.
TAK BOLE nk luruskn tangan tau x.
nk bukak pintu pun sakit.
nk angkt brg pun sakit.

tadi sudu jatuh, then nk tunduk ambik.
waaaaa..x ble amik coz x ble luruskn tgn.
rs cm urat bengkak


TANAK BUAT EXERCISE TU LAGI..!! T_T


p/s: cmni la rasa masa naik gunung kinabalu dulu. bila turun je dr gunung tu. esoknye hanya tuhan yang tau betapa sakitnya kaki. nk bgn amik air pun suruh adik. hehe..oh x sangka skang ni rs cmtu blk..cuma bezanya ni lengan. T_T
