same old brand new me

since i'm taking herbalife to kill all those bad fats, i've changed a lot. yes.
i can see myself as a new person now. a person that has more concious to health
rather than just eat-whateva-she-likes!

kalau dulu before taking herbalife.. DIET salu sgt kuar dr mulut i nih. (nk diet nk diet nk diet.)
but i dont really understand and CARE what it means. but now i understands its all about our food intake. Dulu diet but tak seimbang.. skarang diet bukan for the sake of being kurus je but more important is our health people.
skrg ni.. i love reading all those healthy buzz in the magz. other than RAPI, i suka bc CLEo and female for fashion and beauty updates. majalah Eh! pun best jugak. kalo dulu beli magz bukan la nk baca sgt semua part. but now, mmg bebetul baca segmen health dia. best baca. pastu kalo kt internet i suka baca kevin zahari punya blog. and oprah.com. my all all time fav show.

now since using herbalife, i've lost few kgs. tapi, actually brape kg kita turun berat tu tak penting, yang penting how many fat we've burned!. jgn silap,kadang2 kita tgk org tu kurus je
but body fat dia tinggi. like me, my bmi dah ideal but there are certain parts that i'm focusing on. well pepaham la pompuan kn. part2 mane yg telebih lemak tu. so why do i care so much?
because at my age, pompuan punya ideal body fat is supposed to be 22%. but guess mine??
29%. T_T. teruk kan. 29% is consider BAD ok. but 29% tu sebelum consume herbalife, skang dah turun 25.7%. i'm happy with that. turun fat ni bagus sebab dia boleh shaping bdn kita. 25.7% tu last week on friday timbang. arini timbang lg. each friday i akan timbang berat.

skang ni dah suka ngn my lifestyle. tido 8jam. mkn healthy food. ari2 mkn buah. ok i ade bc kt female magz bln april punya issue.. dia kata menurut kajian, org yg tido 5jam n kebawah ade possibility utk gain weight. so dptkn tido yg ckup ok ppl? :) n kalo bole jgn mkn fast food tiap2 mggu. sbb fat dlm fast food sgt tinggi. mane lg kalori dah tinggi. fat pun tinggi. i mkn fast food sebulan sekali je. :) tu pun kekadang dlm sebulan x mkn pun. sbb bukan terlalu minat. kalo craving bebetul bru mkn..

tapikan ade jugak org kurus mkn la byk mane pun x gemuk2 gak. kadang2 rasa cm dia mkn tu melebihi kalori yg badan dia leh burn dlm 1 hari. tapi x gemuk2 gak. erm.. maybe hormon kot. tapi kalo korang rs korang jenis cepat naik badan, bole la ikut tips2 yg aku bg tu. sekadar nk share je. lagi 1, yg paling penting minum byk air dlm sehari. i drink at least 4liter of mineral water per day :) sebelum herbalife to tell u the truth aku ssh nk minum air. x smpai 1 liter agaknya.serius. tp skang bru tau betapa pentingnya air utk bdn kita.

usually for pompuan, body water kita spatutnya ideal 55%. so bila kita minum byk air, body fat kita akan turun. ok i bg contoh i punya measurement, on 26/2/09, body fat 29.1%, body water 51.9%.. so the next week after i do the measurement, 6/3/09, my body fat dah kurang jd 28.3%, body water naik kpd 52.5%. So kalo nk senang burn fat, minum air byk2.

okla. nk buat keje. to be continue...

wizza, betul kawan as juai herbelife, dye ckp, klo kuros belum tentu kolestrol rendah.

kadang2 org kurus lg tggi kolestrol.
wizza, nnti stgh org ckp klo nom bnyk air buncit. betul ker?

mane de minum byk air buncit.
kena wat body analysis dulu la kot. cek brape % body fat. kalo tinggi, minum air byk bagus. cpt burn fat. saya minum 4 liter minimum.
