.hip hip hooreyyy - i lose Weighttttt lagi.


i AM super DUPER BUMpER hAppy today.




As usual, friday is our weight-in session.. ala cm cite biggest loser tu. :D

Last week, i weighted 51.6kg. and Guess what????

Today i weight 50.4kg!!!!!

i could not remember last time i 50kgs. form 5 kot.

my feeling rite now is ...












undescribable!!

SERIOUSS ok.
whahahaha.

i'm speechless. ok. yg tu over.

ok. cuba bygkan.
bukan senang nk turun 1.2kg in a week ok.
utk nk burn 1 kg shj.. kita kena burn around 7000 kalories.

after mkn kfc zinger bege+cheezy wedges+Mcd cheesebege.
(tu aku sebut mknan2 yg berdosa utk aku je)


i couldnt ask for more.


aku pasrah sgt sbb last week mkn bende2 tu
apa kan daya.aku lemah.
tp aku bersyukur sgt. sbb berat still turun 1.2kg.
body fat pun turun 0.2%. Still.. it's a lose.
besttttt sgt perasaan ni :)
yess.. still have 1kg to go. 1 kg lagiiiii..


yippieeee..


notatambahan: best thing is.. my peha.. loss an inch today.
total peha lose 1.5 inches. isnt that good?


p/s: Fly to KL tonite. ok tipu. naik bas jek. sayonara people..!!


pss: x sia2 men badminton sepenuh ati mlm td. sweating like hell. n x sia2 join klas erobik
yg semakin hari semakin best itu. my Cikgu is damn HOT i tell you.

aku dengar mc value lunch tiap² hari 12pm hingga 3 pm. burger king plak beli satu percuma satu. pizza hut pun same. hmm...yummyy!!
